We had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were beyond luxurious and made our stay truly unforgettable. the swimming pool was clean and refreshing, while the bar and lounge area was a relaxing spot to wind down with a cocktail. the room was equipped with exclusive advantages such as a spacious layout, large windows offering stunning views, and a private balcony - perfect for enjoying the city skyline. the service was terrific;

The only minor issue was the location. the hotel was a bit further from some of the major tourist attractions, making travel time slightly longer.

High Service. Very comfortable, modern and high class room & bed. The stuff was extremly helpful. Spoke good english. Gave many good tips about city / out side the city atractions. booked for us tickets for show / trains / expo / restaurants. location is good. 2 min walking from main metro line.

This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway with direct access to Pudong Airport (line 2, West Nanjing Road). It is also close to a local park, grocery stores, restaurants and shops.

Breakfast is a bit expensive, but there is a Starbuck's next door.

The concierge were helpful but not your front desk personnel except for the staff who attended to us during checkin who was helpful.

Food choices ie restaurants limited. Rated cleanliness as poor as the toilet smells. The location was abit far for families. Maybe good for business travellers. We initially thought it was convenient based on website details.

The location&the fact it was an international hotel (good breakfast selection, most staff speaks english).

The room we have stayed was a very comfortable and luxurious one. I was very happy with it.

We have experienced a deposit problem while checking-in. But every Chinese hotels request this deposit. It is not fair to pay 40% more than the total of the hotel cost. We waited 45 minutes at the reception desk for their long serving after a 27 hours of tiring trip. But, they were also sorry for this and changed our room with a bigger one. The room was fantastic and we forgot the problem we experienced while checking-in. The staff was talking a fluent English and totally helpful about all items.

location perfect specially for tourist, people are friendly, rooms are ok enough restaurants around to chooce

breakfast area too small. It can be crowdy in lobby area bar at 4th floor was not allways open

I have tried different hotel in Shanghai and I think this really an international hotel with international standards. That was a great time.Bathroom with city view is a plus !

Check out, its take long time. i forgot my note book and card holder but they didn't tell me anything even thou the made me wait for 30 minutes for checking the room

Excellent hotel and in terms of value for money one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Great position near city centre, good swimming pool, comfortable room and excellent bathroom, even the minibar was sensibly priced!

Room could have done with a new carpet.
